We realize though at times things just don't work out and if that is your experience, Gold Medal CBD™ offer a 30 day, money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and efficacy of any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product shipment and we will arrange a return and refund based on unused portion of the product. Should your request be approved, we will email you a label to print, adhere to your package and ship back to us - once we receive the returned product, in its original packaging whenever possible, a refund will be issued and an automated email to notify you of your refund.

Gold Medal CBD™ offers US Domestic Ground, 3-Day Priority and Next Day Air Express. Our order processing time has increased due to the recent pandemic and our carriers are experiencing higher than normal delivery delays. It may take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Our customer service works hard to ensure every order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible - we thank you for your patience! Any questions regarding our shipping policies or issues related to your order, please submit your inquiry in the form provided and someone will respond right away.
